
Sarah Wraight began work as a part-time, temporary staff writer for Onondaga Environmental Institute (OEI) in May of 2010. In 2008, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University, where she majored in Anthropology and minored in Geography, French Language, and Religion. Before joining OEI, Ms. Wraight served as an AmeriCorps Volunteer in Service to America (VISTA) in Tompkins County, NY, where she currently resides. She has volunteered for a number of environmental education and advocacy initiatives in Central New York. Her work at OEI involves producing educational materials for the Onondaga Nation Environmental Monitoring and Cultural Awareness Program.
