OEI is located in a refurbished factory near downtown Syracuse, New York. Our office is near Franklin Square at the intersection of West Division Street and the west-side frontage road to Interstate 81 (Genant Drive). To visit us from downtown Syracuse, head north on Franklin Street, cross under Hwy 690, then turn left at the stoplight to continue on Franklin Street. Turn right on Genant Drive. Turn left on Clinton Street (1st left). Continue north on Clinton to the first intersection with West Division, on your right hand side. Go through the intersection and park in the gravel parking lot on the immediate right hand side. Head uphill from the parking lot, towards I-81, to the building entrance facing Division Street. OEI is on the third floor.
