On behalf of OEI, welcome to our website.

Our commitment to Central New York is strong.  Through our programs, OEI works with the Onondaga Nation, Federal and State agencies, municipalities, local universities, public and private schools, non-profit organizations, business and industry to conduct research, education, planning and restoration projects that benefit the environment and local citizenry.

Working together, we can foster environmental stewardship and sustainability in Central New York.

Robert Doucette, Esq.
Armory Development & Management Inc.

 

Robert Doucette, Esq. owns Armory Development and Management, Inc. based in Syracuse, New York and has been the developer behind several catalytic projects within Central New York. Mr. Doucette has provided consulting services related to urban development, downtown revitalization, historic preservation, and housing within Central New York and beyond. He has practiced law with the Harrigan and Dolan Law Firm based in Syracuse and formerly worked for the New York State Office of Mental Health. Mr. Doucette has taught at LeMoyne College as an adjunct faculty member in Urban Sociology and Urban Studies; he has a B.A. in Sociology from LeMoyne College, his M.P.A. from the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University, and his Juris Doctorate from the Syracuse University School of Law. Mr. Doucette joined the OEI Board of Directors in 2009.
